Getting Started Help
- Familiarize yourself with the menu system.
Hover the mouse over "Show Full Menu" in the top blue bar. That menu is on every page, and contains everything you need to use the service. Move the mouse in straight vertical and horizontal lines when navigating the menus. Diagonal movements cause the menus to close unexpectedly. - Write your personal profile.
Select "Settings, Write Profile" in the menu to upload your picture, tell people who you are, and provide contact information. The contact information is used only when you bid on and win an auction, and is visible only to that auction owner. - Learn how to promote your own auctions.
When you create a new auction, it is your responsibility to promote it on Twitter, Facebook, other social and bookmarking services, blog posts, and other services. Once your auction is active (shown under the Active Auctions in your auctions lists), view the details of the auction (click the auction's
icon), and then click the "Share This Socially" button. It enables you to promote your auction on a ton of external services. - Configure your settings.
Select "Settings, Email Preferences" and "Settings, Display Preferences" in the menu to configure your service settings. - Explore the Help system.
You can always find help by selecting "Help" in the menu or in the top blue bar. - Look for context-sensitive help.
On many of the pages on the site, there's a small help icon located in the top right corner below the top blue bar. Click the icon to open help that's specific to the page. On many of the data entry forms there are also small blue help icons that provide more information on a specific field. Just hover your mouse over those small icons. - Ask for help when you get stuck.
Select "Help, Submit Support Request" in the menu if you need additional help. - Register as an affiliate and make money.

The purpose of an auction is to sell advertising space to someone who wants to advertise in that space. The purpose is categorically not to promote yourself or your own services. You will be immediately banned if you abuse the service.
